Our typical roles

To provide a first-rate chauffeur service to our customers, we have a number of different job roles.

  • Chauffeurs

    Our chauffeurs are the best in the country. We ensure that every one of our drivers is professional, courteous, with a desire to provide excellent service, and an exemplary driving record.

    We employ drivers for our own vehicles, or contractors who would like to use their own (provided it meets our standard).

  • Customer service representatives

    Our customer service reps handle any queries that our customers have, including questions about our vehicles, billing, cancellations, and more.

  • Operational personnel

    Our operational personnel coordinate our bookings. They help to ensure that our drivers are in the right place, at the right time, and in the right vehicle. They relocate vehicles and chauffeurs as required, and monitor flights to anticipate delays.
