What Does This Mean?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is the new way of providing individualised support for people with disability, their families and carers. It empowers people with disability to choose and achieve their goals so they can have a better life.

Providers, like Car Australia, are an important part of the NDIS, delivering a service support to a participant. Car Australia can assist those with disability to connect to services in the community such as doctors, sporting clubs, support groups, libraries, schools and with travel to and from the workplace.

How It Works?

Our dedicated Transport Co-ordinator is available to participants directly and also to Plan Managers, Support Co-ordinators and disability service providers to provide support and answer any queries.

Your dedicated Transport Co-ordinator will look after you every step of the way. Once they receive your signed service agreement, they will arrange for your account to be set up within 48 hours. They can supply a transport expenditure report to you upon request and assist with any other queries you may have once you start using the Car Australia service.

It’s easy to set up your Car Australia NDIS Transport Account.

Please proceed with the following steps:

 

Step 1

Complete the Online Enquiry Form and submit. Our NDIS Transport Coordinator will contact you to discuss your requirements.

Step 2

Our NDIS Transport Coordinator will then create a personalised Service Agreement that you will need to sign and return.

Step 3

Your New NDIS Transport Account will be set up and ready for your first booking.
